Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Domestic Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience in domestic electrical services, including fault diagnosis, installations, and rewiring (minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred). Your strong customer service abilities will enable you to effectively identify issues, ensure safety, and deliver first-time resolutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of domestic electrical tasks, ensuring high standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
  • Provide professional advice on British Gas products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

What We Expect From You:

  • Completion of City & Guilds 2365 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent), culminating in a Level 3 Technical Certificate, including the National Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 certificate.
  • Proven experience in the electrical industry.
  • Current City & Guilds B.S. 7671 IET Wiring regulations certification.
  • A full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
