About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team at Munro Agency Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing, tracking, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Manage and train clients on marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Support the Marketing Director in managing customer accounts and developing marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report the performance of campaigns and assess them against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing automation and a strong understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify insights from data and make data-driven decisions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and marketing automation
