Position Summary:
We are currently in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a diverse range of residential development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of residential construction projects.
  • Develop comprehensive design solutions that align with client expectations and regulatory standards.
  • Create precise design drawings and specifications, ensuring adherence to building codes and industry standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure the practicality of designs.
  • Conduct thorough site evaluations and surveys to collect essential data for design purposes.
  • Utilize CAD software and other design tools to produce accurate and detailed project plans.
  • Review and adjust designs based on input from stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure that designs are financially viable and align with project budgets while maintaining quality.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, engaging with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
  • Perform risk assessments and devise strategies to mitigate potential design challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD and Revit) and other relevant design applications.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet established deadlines.
  • Valid UK driving license.
