Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Software Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of developers at Cadence Resourcing. Your expertise in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, management, and maintenance of information systems, will be instrumental in driving innovation and maturity in our software development lifecycle processes and controls.

With a wealth of experience in C#,.NET Framework, JavaScript frameworks, and associated technologies and methodologies, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development phases, ensuring seamless integration of DevOps practices, and contributing to the timely delivery of software solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on highly visible digital products, systems, and sites. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to contribute to the growth and development of our software development capabilities, while also mentoring and guiding your team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of software solutions
  • Oversee the implementation of DevOps practices to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of software development capabilities
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience of the full software development lifecycle
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team leadership/management responsibilities
  • Expertise in C#,.NET Framework, JavaScript frameworks, and associated technologies and methodologies
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with two days per week required on site
