Role Overview

The Clinical Care Manager plays a crucial role in the effective administration of the nursing facility. This position involves overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring that exceptional care standards are maintained consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Direct and manage the nursing and care teams, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
  • Staff Management: Assume the role of the senior nurse on duty, organizing staff schedules and ensuring sufficient staffing levels at all times.
  • Supportive Role: Assist the Nursing Home Manager in conducting performance evaluations, facilitating training sessions, and promoting professional development.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support new staff members through their induction and orientation processes.
  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality clinical services, which include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory standards, particularly concerning infection control and safeguarding measures.
  • Resident Well-being: Monitor and promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as required, maintaining precise records of all medical interventions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and family members to develop comprehensive care plans.
