Senior Dietitian

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Dietitian to join our Therapies team at The Princess Grace Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional care to patients with complex needs, including those with intestinal failure and inflammatory bowel disease.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in surgical and gastrointestinal dietetics, with experience in managing complex feeding regimes and working with patients with specialized nutritional requirements. You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior dietitians, locums, and bank staff to ensure the smooth running of the service.
As a Senior Dietitian at The Princess Grace Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and busy team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development and growth of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nutritional care to patients with complex needs, including those with intestinal failure and inflammatory bowel disease
- Supervise and mentor junior dietitians, locums, and bank staff to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients with specialized nutritional requirements
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the development and growth of our services, including quality improvement initiatives and education programs
- Qualified Dietitian and HCPC registration
- Extensive experience in surgical and gastrointestinal dietetics
- Experience in managing complex feeding regimes and working with patients with specialized nutritional requirements
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
