About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Building Surveyor Graduate to join our team in Plymouth. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the team, gaining valuable experience and skills in property consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and surveys, working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties under your control, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in property consultancy.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to become RICS qualified within 2 and a half years.
