About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned insurance professional to leverage their expertise in the US Property market. As a Senior Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US Property market, building relationships with clients and partners to drive growth and revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that impact our clients.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to deliver seamless service to our clients.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements

  • Insurance Industry Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of the US Property market and its complexities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and services, including property and casualty insurance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
