Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial performance of projects, ensuring that all financial and contractual obligations are met.
  • Supervise the preparation and delivery of RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments, report incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Site Agent, Sub Agent, or Section Engineer, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and have two professional references.
  • Relevant experience in water, civils, and piling, with a strong understanding of engineering and construction principles.
  • Hold a degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
