As the Service Engineer, you'll be tasked with installing and maintaining all products at customer sites in accordance with customer's needs and requirements, train customers on the use of the equipment, train customer technicians on the service and maintenance of the equipment, to complete detailed site work reports on pause or completion of works, and maintain a record of time worked, time for travel etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain products at customer sites
  • Train customers on equipment use and customer technicians on service and maintenance
  • Complete detailed site work reports
  • Maintain records of time worked and travel time

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship in Engineering
  • Experience of working in a Field Service Role
  • Experience of mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation
  • Ability to travel both nationally and internationally
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good level of mechanical fitting skills
  • Good level of electrical engineering skills
  • Basic level of control systems and PLCs
  • Basic level of welding skill
  • Forklift licence
