Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team at Virgin Media O2. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain network infrastructure, including cables, routers, and other equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with our network and customer equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
