Job Title: Account Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Engineer to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical advice and guidance on fluid dynamic systems, including valves, heat exchangers, steam traps, hot water, and thermal oil systems.
  2. Generate tailored quotations and proposals for fluid power products to meet customer requirements.
  3. Manage the sales process, including handling enquiries, providing technical support, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Qualify leads and solution sell engineering solutions through inbound and outbound calls.
  5. Provide technical support and all aspects of sales support, including sales orders, order processing, expediting, and documentation.
  6. Liaise with various engineering departments and support a team of technical sales engineers.
Requirements:
  1. Experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Technical Advisor, Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Coordinator, Applications Engineer, or similar within the engineering industry.
  2. Experience working with fluid power products, mechanical engineering solutions, or engineering sales is beneficial, with full product training provided.
  3. Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
