Job Title: Bank Early Years Assistant

About the Role

As a Bank Early Years Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursery team in delivering high-quality care and education to our children. You will be responsible for engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS curriculum
  • Engage children in play and activities that promote learning and development
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain a positive and happy environment

Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children (ideal but not essential)
