Key Responsibilities- Design and build workflows to ensure marketing campaigns and journeys are built in a robust, maintainable, and repeatable fashion.
- Use technical and data skills to ensure marketing campaigns and journeys are accurate and compliant with the latest data protection legislation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and operational colleagues to deliver and enhance our central and regional direct marketing campaigns and journeys.
- Develop and maintain personalized campaigns that integrate seamlessly with our digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation solutions and campaign workflows.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of customer data and relational database structures.
- Data manipulation skills and coding experience (e.g., SQL, AMPscript, HTML).
- Knowledge of marketing automation solutions and campaign workflows.
- Understanding of data protection legislation and its practical application in direct marketing.
- Understanding of digital customer journeys, taking these from design through to implementation.
- Attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
