We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Coordinator in our Chorley Supported Living Services. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing outcome-focused support to enable clients to lead fulfilling and valued lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to clients to maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, and engage in activities that promote their well-being.
  • Effectively meet the needs of clients and take additional responsibilities such as rota management, induction of staff, and staff supervision.
  • Work in a flexible manner, including working evenings and weekends, and participate in our local On Call system.
  • Administer medication and provide support with daily living tasks.
Requirements:
  • A clean, up-to-date driving license and access to a vehicle for this role, as the role requires traveling around the Doncaster area.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of positive communication and engagement principles, with the ability to demonstrate unconditional regard for the people we support.
