About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. The successful candidate will work across three of our specialist schools, providing therapy services to children with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in our specialist schools
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's communication needs and develop strategies to support their development
  • Provide training and support to staff on communication strategies and techniques
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field
  • Experience working with children with communication disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
