Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at La Fosse. As a key member of our payments squad, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting new requirements into actionable tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate req-gathering workshops to ensure delivery squad has high-quality requirements to work from
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for software development projects
  • Develop and maintain process maps to ensure efficient project delivery

Your Background:

  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for software development projects (ideally in the online payment space)
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping software
  • Experience leading workshops and facilitating team collaboration
