About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Assistant to join our team at WHSmith Retail Holdings Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock into and out of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process stock deliveries, accurately checking quantities and verifying product condition
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient stockroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve inventory management goals, including cycle counting and stockroom audits
  • Support the logistics team in resolving stock discrepancies and investigating stock losses
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in inventory management and logistics
