Job Title: Operations Manager - Data and AI Function

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a global law firm's Data and AI capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Chief Data and AI Officer in managing the operational aspects of the Data and AI Function.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Data and AI Leadership team to develop and implement strategic and operational priorities. This will involve supporting the Head of Data and AI Transformation in communicating with stakeholders across the business and facilitating changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

The role requires a high level of personal discretion, business ethics, and integrity, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to influence a diverse group of global stakeholders and manage the demands and pressures of the day job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex operational and change-focused projects and programmes.
  • Deliver effective operational solutions in international, complex, and matrix management environments.
  • Own a P&L and demonstrate financial literacy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Influence a diverse group of global stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing complex operational and change-focused projects and programmes.
  • Track record in delivering effective operational solutions in international, complex, and matrix management environments.
  • Financially literate and able to own a P&L.
  • High levels of personal discretion, business ethics, and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
