About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor our Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our performance.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure their quality expectations are met.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and safety procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve quality and safety issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Education to HNC/D or degree level, with a Quality Assurance qualification from an accredited body.
  • NEBOSH or similar qualification required; ISO9001:2015 auditor qualification and HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering are advantageous.
  • Experience managing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequent interruptions.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to set high standards for yourself and others.
