Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor our Quality Management System to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our performance.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure their quality expectations are met.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and safety procedures.
- Investigate and resolve quality and safety issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a culture of quality and safety throughout the organization.
- Education to HNC/D or degree level, with a Quality Assurance qualification from an accredited body.
- NEBOSH or similar qualification required; ISO9001:2015 auditor qualification and HNC/D in Mechanical Engineering are advantageous.
- Experience managing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and frequent interruptions.
- Self-motivated with a desire to set high standards for yourself and others.
- Salary £45-£50,000
- Annual company pay review and individual merit award review.
- Overtime available for workshop hourly paid employees.
- Basic office hours (36.5 hours per week).
