Field Technician

Hydro International, a leading global provider of advanced products and services, is seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our Hydrometry and Monitoring team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for visiting various sites, collecting field measurements of water quantity, depth, quality, and rainfall, and installing, operating, and maintaining telemetry logging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and record field data using various equipment and techniques
- Install, operate, and maintain telemetry logging equipment
- Work at heights and in confined spaces, using ladders and other equipment
- Travel to various sites, including remote locations, as required
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting
- GCSE qualifications or equivalent in Geography, Maths, and English, or a background in an environmental-related discipline
- Valid UK driving license with a satisfactory driving history
- Comfortable working in water and strong swimming skills
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Good level of computer literacy (MS Office applications)
