Position Summary

HVAC Recruitment is in search of a proficient and seasoned Construction Supervisor to manage the concluding phases of a significant construction project.

This pivotal position is responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of the project while adhering to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct a workforce of 30-40 personnel on a dynamic construction site.
  • Guarantee that all finishing operations are executed to exceptional standards, fulfilling the project's quality and safety criteria.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site staff to facilitate a seamless workflow and project delivery.
  • Perform regular site evaluations to track progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and promptly resolve any arising issues.
  • Employ project management systems for documentation and oversight.
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any potential challenges.
Qualifications
  • Accreditations in NSSTS (National Site Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
  • Experience with project management systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Competitive hourly wage of £18 - £21, contingent on experience.
  • Full-time role with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
