Project Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning:
    Develop and implement project plans, utilizing project management software tools to ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Safety and Quality:
    Collaborate with the Health and Safety Officer and leadership team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with safety controls.
  3. Communication and Collaboration:
    Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers, providing clear communication on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  4. Project Delivery:
    Manage project budgets, work closely with support functions, and collaborate with the NPI function to deliver exceptional internal customer service.
Requirements:

Applicants should have experience in a high-pressure, rapidly changing manufacturing environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Formal project management qualifications and product knowledge in Electrical Control Cabinets and/or Electro-mechanical assemblies are desirable.
