The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of projects across various sectors. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Provide expert advice on construction costs and project management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
