The Role: Service Experience Developer

As a Service Experience Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the support experience for our colleagues within Group Tech. Your focus will be on streamlining processes, minimizing costs, and delivering efficient service through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in AI and chatbot technology to optimize colleague IT support.
  • Analyze data and identify continuous improvement opportunities within the support ecosystem.
  • Provide technical assistance across diverse workloads, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  • Collaborate with support teams to seamlessly integrate virtual agent tools into existing platforms.
  • Drive automation initiatives to enhance real-time support and elevate colleague satisfaction.
  • Monitor usage patterns and gather valuable insights to refine the colleague experience.
  • Promote self-healing capabilities and AI-powered solutions to reduce reliance on traditional support channels.
  • Partner with vendors and developers to shape the future of service delivery within Group Tech.
