About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager to join our team at SUEZ. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in introducing our services to new clients in your area and developing tailored responses to secure new contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the regional market, developing relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating contracts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for new clients and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract implementation and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to refine our regional sales proposition and build our market position.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior sales roles, with a track record of delivering high service levels and maximizing profits.
- Strong knowledge of the UK waste and resource management industry, or facilities management industry, with the ability to navigate blue-chip, FTSE 500 markets and well-established UK brands.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving business objectives.
