Our client is seeking a Lead Financial Audit Specialist to provide expert guidance to a diverse clientele, including large corporations, family-owned businesses, and various professional entities.

This role involves engaging with a wide array of clients, from service and manufacturing sectors to partnerships in finance, sports, entertainment, and educational institutions.

As a vital member of the team, you will deliver comprehensive audit, advisory, and accounting services tailored to meet the unique needs of our varied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and advance the audit and accounting processes, collaborating directly with senior personnel in clients' finance departments.
  • Take an active role in all phases of the audit cycle, including planning, fieldwork, and finalizing audit engagements, while working closely with management and partners.
  • Opportunity to lead special projects, managing a select portfolio of assignments to facilitate your professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an audit and accounting practice.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve complex audit challenges.
  • Experience in managing, training, and mentoring team members on projects, along with performance evaluation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Exhibit a flexible, professional demeanor and the confidence to build credibility with partners and clients.
