Electrical Project Manager

Sustainable Resourcing is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical installations on various M&E projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning & Management:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical engineers, site managers, and subcontractors.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to relevant regulations, codes, and best practices.
- Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
- Health & Safety:
- Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture across all projects.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the M&E contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Experience managing projects in sectors such as commercial, industrial, residential, and public sectors.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects with values ranging from £500,000 to £10 million.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
