Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilation Specialist. As an Exam Invigilation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exams are conducted fairly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting examinations according to exam board and school regulations
  • Maintain the security of exam papers and materials before, during, and after exams
  • Set up exam rooms and ensure they meet required standards
  • Admit students, distribute exam papers, and answer any queries
  • Supervise students throughout the exam to ensure no disruptions
  • Deal with emergencies or irregularities and report them to the senior invigilator
  • Attend training and refresher sessions as required

Requirements:

  • Flexible and available during exam seasons
  • Confident and reassuring presence in exam rooms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Educated to at least GCSE level in English and Maths
