At Hallhouse Care Home, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and mobility assistance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Active NMC Nursing PIN
- Registered General or Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Experience in care home or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
