Nurse Practitioner

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Hallhouse Care Home, a leading provider of residential and nursing care in East Ayrshire.
About the Role
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans, as well as providing emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.
- You will work closely with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care, and will be responsible for monitoring health and safety, and taking appropriate action when necessary.
- You will also be responsible for administering medications, managing specific health needs, and promoting independence and dignity for our residents.
About You
- You will be a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Nursing PIN, and will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering person-centered care, and will be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our residents.
