As a Chief Growth Officer, you'll play a key role in driving both new business and same-store growth, overseeing the delivery of our marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for leading our commercial and marketing efforts, leveraging data-driven decision making to drive revenue growth.
We're looking for a commercial and results-oriented leader who is passionate about sales, marketing, customer happiness, and driving revenue growth. You'll bring strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a growth strategy that drives revenue growth
- Leading our commercial and marketing efforts, including sales, marketing, and customer happiness
- Leveraging data-driven decision making to drive growth and improve performance
- Building and leading a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and nurturing talent
