Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate team efforts to achieve operational efficiency and excellence
- Guide and support colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Oversee unit opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to guidelines and documentation
- Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, promoting inclusivity and motivation
- Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions to ensure team success and deliver excellence in customer service
- At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
