Key Responsibilities
We are looking to appoint a motivated, diligent, and proactive individual to join the management team within the Medicine Service Group. As a lead in operational management, the candidate will actively foster a culture of care that embodies the values and leadership principles of Somerset Foundation Trust. The responsibilities include: providing operational managerial assistance to the Respiratory team; ensuring the achievement of financial and performance objectives; and establishing solid governance frameworks to meet the strategic demands of the services.
We seek a dynamic and innovative individual with outstanding communication and leadership capabilities. The candidate will work effectively alongside both clinical and non-clinical personnel to enhance and optimize the service by taking an active role in ongoing service development and enhancement. This position is available at Band 7 or Band 6, depending on the need for professional growth. The successful candidate will be expected to distribute their time evenly between two key locations.
