We're seeking a skilled HR Manager to drive people strategy and deliver first-class HR practices at our Logistics site.

As a key member of our site team, you'll lead and manage the people and site teams to ensure a high-performing, motivated, and trained team of colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering a site people plan aligned with Morrisons' framework
  • Creating a culture of respect and engagement among team members
  • Coaching and supporting the management team to improve performance and grow talent
  • Ensuring ER, IR, and Payroll processes are compliant and in line with company standards
  • Managing temporary and permanent labour supplies and talent development plans
  • Driving labour efficiencies and cost savings

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
  • Proven track record in strategic HR management
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and unionized environments
