Showroom Host - Lookers Glasgow Jaguar

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm (25 hours per week)

At Lookers Glasgow Jaguar, we're seeking a warm and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host, working part-time. As a Showroom Host, you'll be our customers' first point of contact, providing a world-class experience. Our reception team, or Showroom Hosts, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing their friendly and approachable personalities during each interaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming dealership environment, ensuring customers receive excellent service.

• Contributing to a positive and supportive working environment, fostering a sense of teamwork.

• Assisting with administrative duties, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.

• Engaging with customers through phone and email, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.

You'll be someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, ensuring our showroom is always tidy and welcoming. Excellent communication skills are essential, and you'll be able to demonstrate confidence and assertiveness when interacting with customers. A warm, empathetic, and friendly approach is crucial, along with a professional manner. Having experience in a similar role, with the ability to handle various responsibilities, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are also important.
