About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Host at Lookers Glasgow Jaguar. As a Showroom Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in delivering a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the dealership is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone/email.
  • Maintain the highest levels of professionalism at all times.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards, has excellent communication skills, and can demonstrate a successful blend of confidence and assertiveness when dealing with people. Previous experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are also essential.
