Job Summary

We are currently hiring for a Digital Marketing Account Coordinator as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Liaise with solutions teams and project-manage campaigns from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, and email marketing services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client results.

Requirements

  • 1-plus years of Digital Marketing, Account Management, or Client Services experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate value to clients and serve as a trusted digital advisor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write professional emails and communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
  • Demonstrated time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) products.
  • Travel as needed (less than 25%) for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-plus years' experience building multi-faceted digital marketing campaigns.
  • Google Analytics & Ads Certifications.
  • Experience using a project management tool, preferably JIRA.
  • Experience working with or in the automotive industry.
