Key Responsibilities:

* Arranging and accompanying viewings
* Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating sales
* Assisting and mentoring team members

Requirements:

* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Good IT skills
* Smart and presentable
* Full UK driving license
* Right to work in the UK

Remuneration:

* £24,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary, commensurate with experience
* Share of Office Commission
* Profit Share
* £27,000+ On Target Earnings, rising as the office performance improves
* 20 days holiday, plus the office is closed at Christmas, so no need to reserve personal annual leave during this period
