As a sales and lettings negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be the first point of contact for all marketing and communication needs. You will be the first point of contact for all marketing and communication needs from the client’s property manager, marketing team, and leasing team. Your job is to negotiate with the client to get them to agree to lease terms.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Presentation of properties for showing apartments and houses
- Presentation of properties for lease negotiations
- Presentation of properties for showing rentals to new and prospective tenants
- Negotiating lease terms with prospective tenants
- Keeping up to date with all real estate related news and information
- Keeping up to date with all real estate related industry trends and opportunities
- Keeping up to date with all marketing tools available (smart phones, internet, books etc.)

We also value someone who has strong organizational skills and can multitask effectively. Someone who is able to follow instructions but also have the ability to take ownership of their tasks.
