Property Loss Adjuster Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to our company's claims philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend HNW/VIP clients' residential homes or commercial properties in the event of an escape of water or fire damage claim.
  • Manage each loss through to successful completion, including supplier management for an on-going caseload of circa 90 losses.
  • Split your working week between site visits and home working to complete administrative tasks.
  • Help mentor and guide less experienced team members, and be trusted to be a technical referral point.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a field-based adjusting role.
  • Competence in dealing with escape of water losses and fire damage.
  • Customer satisfaction is paramount, dealing with HNW and high-profile customers.
  • Flexible approach to work and adaptable during surge situations.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACILA/ACII are advantageous, but not essential (these will be funded for you).
