Job Title: Retail Team Leader

Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Retail Team Leader to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites.
  • Take accountability for stock taking operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Travel to different client sites each day, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision, managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and nights.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home occasionally.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.39, inclusive of holiday pay.
