About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized International Sales Administrator to join our team in London. As a key member of our international sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our external sales team, including managing quotes, inquiries, and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the external sales team with administrative tasks, including quoting, providing technical support, and closing deals.
  • Manage export documentation, including preparing and sending export documents to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or export administration role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is an advantage.
