Position: Production Engineering and Operations Manager
Type: Permanent
We are seeking a Production Engineering and Operations Manager to join our team at Andrecruit Group Ltd.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing systems and processes, overseeing the development, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment and methodologies.

Key Qualifications:
- Relevant technical or manufacturing qualifications or equivalent experience
- Strong enthusiasm for technological advancements in manufacturing equipment, automation, and assembly
- Proven track record in managing high-value technical projects
- Innovative mindset, staying updated with the latest industry technologies

Responsibilities:
- Define material requirements and establish effective manufacturing methods while identifying and implementing necessary tooling and equipment
- Continuously enhance knowledge of manufacturing technology advancements and techniques to foster innovation
- Provide technical and organizational leadership to the Manufacturing Equipment Group, ensuring effective assembly, equipment, and process solutions
- Generate manufacturing documentation, including information sheets, routings, and BOMs, utilizing CAD and PLM data management tools
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Quality, Project Managers, etc.) and external stakeholders (Customers, Suppliers, etc.) to align Manufacturing Equipment Group initiatives with broader business objectives
- Review and approve manufacturing documentation and change notes in accordance with engineering protocols
