Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop programs of care
- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care
- Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
- Excellent team working skills and ability to work using own initiative
- Effective listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of basic information technology
