Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Oversee the entire sales process and provide weekly performance reports for the team.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment landscape and competitive entities, offering valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all candidates presented for interviews meet high standards and that job postings are regularly updated.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and success.
  • Promote best practices and ensure a unified approach across the organization.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of KPI Recruiting's online presence.
  • Assist with social media and marketing initiatives.
  • Encourage team motivation through sales incentives.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team through regular briefings and one-on-one meetings.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide support as necessary.
