Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Client Communication: Lead project review meetings and discussions with clients to ensure project controls are adhered to and deliverables meet expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Project Managers Office to ensure project lifecycle governance is followed and best practices are implemented.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Background: Strong knowledge of control systems, automation, SCADA, HMI drives, and instrumentation.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of project financials, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively lead project review meetings and discussions with clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and project planning tools.
