Job Title: Mobile Phone Technician

Our client, a leading electronics recycler, is seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for evaluating mobile devices for functionality, performance, usability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test mobile devices using cutting-edge technology and software
  • Evaluate devices for functionality, performance, and cosmetic condition
  • Enter job details into the CRM system to maintain a repair database
  • Arrange parcel collections and assemble postal packs for customers
  • Receive and update tracking systems for postal packs
Requirements:
  • PC literate with good timekeeping and attendance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Awareness of data protection and GDPR regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
