Location: Rotherham

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, with alternate weekend shifts (6:00 am - 2:00 pm) and a midweek day off.

Salary: £37,593.63

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Plant Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mobile plant equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets the required safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mobile plant equipment, including hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in mobile plant maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
