Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and execution of diagnostic inspections, surveys, and technical reports
  • Carrying out damp and mould surveys to assess the extent of damage
  • Evaluating the impact of damp and mould on properties
  • Managing and instructing works to address identified issues, utilizing internal teams and contractors

Requirements:
  • RICS or CIOB qualification (desirable)
  • 3+ years of experience in damp and mould, repairs, or disrepair
  • Local Authority or Housing Association background (ideal)
  • Ability to work 2-3 days in office and rest working from home, with site visits required
